RETURNS POLICY

Change of mind

We accept returns on all products ordered online as long as they are in the same condition as they were upon delivery – unused and unopened. If you have a change of mind and want to return a product please include the packing slip or a copy of your tax invoice. Send us an email with the details at info@ecobuddy.com.au. You can then send the products to the address below. We do not refund the delivery costs. Please take care when packaging your return as we can’t be held responsible for any damage caused during transit.
Once we receive the parcel, your refund will be processed. Please allow 2-7 days for the funds to process.

Faulty goods

If you receive a product from us that you believe to be faulty or damaged, please email us immediately with your order details, a description of the fault, and photographic evidence. Eco Buddy will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or replace products purchased from any of our resellers. You will need to get in touch with the store you purchased from directly. Please feel free to contact us about the issue as we will always do our best to assist you in getting these matters sorted.

PRIVACY POLICY

Eco Buddy Privacy Policy is in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. All personal information collected is treated with respect and care.
We do not store any payment information such as credit card details – we use third party payment gateways such as paypal, visa and mastercard to process your payment information.
Our customers always reserve the right to opt in and out of any promotional information, such as newsletters, whenever they like.
